Now, let’s start our journey through Sharm Al-Sheikh to indulge in restaurants and activities throughout the city. If you’re an adventurous foodie, your taste buds will definitely be satisfied with new flavors and traditional cuisine.

Visit the Il Mercato and Ne’ma Bay, where you will be amazed by all of the local vendors throughout the market. You can definitely fine souvenirs, local crafts, artists, and much more as you stroll through the area.

Once you’ve worked up an appetite, visit El Masrien Restaurant located in Il Mercato and Ne’ma Bay for authentic Egyptian cuisine. Start your meal with a few appetizers such as the Melokhiyah soup with garlic, mashed potatoes, tomato salad, hummus, yogurt, and mixed pickles. For the main course, I highly recommend the grilled lamb kebab and kofta (minced meat grilled on a stick). Don’t forget to order the famous Egyptian black tea to finish your dinner.

After a hearty lunch, walk over to Terrazina Beach near Il Mercato. The beach has a relaxing shore and crystal clear waters. Sit back and watch the sunset while listening to local musicians on the beach.

Start the second day of your vacation by exploring the rich marine life in the Red Sea. Spend 90 minutes on a glass bottom boat cruise. The guide will tell you all about the coral reefs and the unique sea animals. This experience is full of beautiful colors and local marine life.

After lunch, spend an afternoon listening to live entertainment at the Fontana Bar to enjoy a drink while people watching around the fountain. If you are visiting Soho at night, Panagea night club is a fun, upbeat retreat where you can dance the night away with friends.

Indulge in freshly caught seafood at Fares Seafood Restaurant. Its mouthwatering seafood menu features daily catches from Red Sea fishermen. Guests can choose between fish, shrimp, calamari, or octopus, and then select how they would like the seafood prepared including sauces, rice, pasta, or broth.

Begin your meal with the seafood soup, a mix of calamari, fish fillet, and shrimp in a white cream sauce. A popular entrée is the Denise fish, grilled and marinated with lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, and a bit of chili pepper.

Farsha has a beautiful view of the Red Sea and the best time to go is at sunset or during a full moon.
